The carrots are from the Food Network web site. The potatoes and pork dish are from the original "Frugal Gormet" cook book. The pork and potatoes were very good. I messed up a bit on the carrots (too much water) but they were still tasty. Click on the photo for the recipes

Last Sunday's supper. Grilled the burgers on a George Foreman grill. The grill charred the top and bottom, which was a little annoying, but the insides were perfect. And very easy to cleanup afterwards.
