My first time cooking and eating quail eggs. Taste pretty much like chicken eggs. The yolk is a more fluffy than a chicken egg. Click on the photo for the recipe.

Tagine of Lamb with Lemon and Olives plus Sesame Potatoes with Lemon

My first recipe cooked all in my new tagine. The lamb ends up very tender and very tasty. Takes awhile to cook, but well worth the wait. Click on the photo for the recipe.

Meatball, Tomato and Egg Tagine (Kefta Mkaouara)

My first attempt at cooking in a tagine. But, the recipe was too large for the tagine I had, so I had to move it to a large pan. But, it turned out really good. The lamb meatballs were very tasty and the tomato and onion sauce was a good addition. The egg was also good.

Durango Chicken, Caesar Scalloped Potatoes and Curried Green Beans

This was a semi-good meal. The chicken and potatoes were good, but the green beans were only average. The chicken turned out really well, but the sauce was only average. The potatoes are something I will try again. Click on the photo for the reciepes.
