Saturday's supper. While it isn't really hard to make, it does take a fair amount of prep and cooking time. Also very rich. 2 sticks of butter if you follow the recipe, I only used 1 1/2.

I found the meat sauce to be a little bland, if I made it again I would spice it up a bit.
